Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough walkthroughs of sold units with customers, explaining how features and equipment are used and maintained.
• Provide expert advice and support on parts and equipment to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless process from sales to delivery.
• Issue purchase orders for Parts.
• Research and outsourcing of Parts.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
