Rental Agent - Seasonal (April-October)

We are looking for an individual who is friendly, reliable, and professional when it comes to working with domestic and international guest to fill our Seasonal Rental Agent position in Langley. If you are energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated working at Traveland RV Rentals will offer you the unique opportunity to meet people from around the world and share in their vacation experience. 

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures and RV pickup and/or demonstration accordingly 
• Welcome guests back and complete RV drop off inspection and/or drop off procedures 
• Provide accurate information to potential guests, create quotes and complete reservations
• Embrace Traveland's brand voice and best practices
• Provide quest services including arranging shuttles, providing travel advice and answering guests questions
• Notify the RV Technician or the PDI Technician if damage has occurred and repair or maintenance is required for the RV 
• Order office supplies, replenish brochures, complete general office tasking including filing, faxing emailing, scanning and photocopying 
• Perform other duties as required 

Education, Experience and/or Skills

• Ability to speak a second language is highly desirable; preference is given to candidates who can speak German, Dutch or French 
• Excellent customer or guest service skills and communication skills
• Strong computer skill and accurate data entry 
• Previous experience working in a hotel or tourism-related business is an asset
• Valid driver's license is an asset
