You'll oversee shop workflow, support and mentor technicians, ensure quality repairs, and help drive a positive, productive service environment. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of RV Technicians and apprentices through daily operations
• Assign and prioritize work to ensure efficient shop productivity 
• Monitor workflow and Tech performance to maximize efficiency
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and hands-on assistance to techs as needed
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisors
• Work closely with Service Mangaemnet to ensure customer expectations are met
• Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring of new techs
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accounyability, continued improvement, and customer satisfaction

Technical Responsibilties

• Diagnose an repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, structural components, and accessories
• Perform inspections and verify quality of repair work
• Assist with complex diagnostic and repair work when required
• Review repair orders and ensure accurate documentation is completed
• Maintain strict adherence to delearship policies regarding RV care and operation
• Attend company and factory training
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins
• Promote safe work practices throughout the service department

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Driver's License
• Red Seal Technician Certification
• First Aid Certification is considered an asset

Compensation Details

• $35 hourly plus 1% of departmental Gross Profit
