Admin Assistant 

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven full time Admin Assistant. Join our busy and growing Team in Langley. This fast past position requires you to be a team player but have the ability to work independently as well.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing of various admin documents, system data inputting, maintenance of information and accessing various computer programs 
• Respond to written and verbal communication, liaise internally and externally to share information, clarify details, and ensure follow up.
• Produce timely, accurate and well formatted documents using Microsoft Office
• Administrative duties for management and employees
• Enter and collect data.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Microsoft office experience on a PC is required
• RV knowledge would be an asset but not required
• Some outside work is required, Rain or shine
• Ability to work occasional weekends
