Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced RV Detail Manager. This position will supervise and direct the detail staff in preparation of RV's for delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing detail staff
• Schedule and assign daily cleaning duties
• Hire and train new staff members
• Conducts performance reviews, and manages time cards, work schedules and issues reprimands when necessary
• Report to Store Management on a regular basis
• Ordering and inventory control of supplies
• Performs quality control inspection of all units before being brought to frontline
• Coordinates with Sales and Service to insure on-time deliveries
• Attends weekly department meetings

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
