Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour

Junior IT Support

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and Junior IT Support person. You will work with our existing support team, your primary role will be to provide on-site support for our Grande Prairie location. Please note, this position is not remote.

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoots and resolve desktop related issues
Set up new user accounts and PC equipment
Assist with user training and IT education as needed
Escalate issues to senior support team as needed

Role Requirements

Diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or relevant work experience in desktop support position.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac Operating systems
Familiarity with Office 365 setup and administration
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
