As a key part of our Service Team, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and departments -  ensuring every RV repair or service call is handled efficiently and with top tier care. What You'll Be Doing

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch techs to maximise shop productivity
• Match service jobs with the appropriate skill-level tech
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
• Coordinate with Parts Department to avoid delays
• Monitor work progress
• Maintain dispatch logs and completed work orders
• Support a smooth work flow in the Service Department

What You'll Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A customer first mindset with a calm, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
