We are seeking an experienced assistant Fixed Operations Manager with a strong background in either Parts or Service. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the RV industry or similar experieince, as well as, the ability to oversee effectively both parts and service operations. Job Responsibilities

• Support the Fixed Operation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Service and Parts Operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure Service and Parts departments meet performance targets for productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain high standards on organization, cleanliness, and operational processes.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and parts availability to support customer service operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments ( sales, finance, administration ) to ensure smooth dealership operations.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Support and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in the RV Industry or similar experience (service or parts)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of dealership service and/or parts operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and basic reporting tools is an asset.
