We have an amazing opportunity for a qualified Shop Foreman for our busy RV Dealership. The right candidate will continue to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, by ensuring that the shop is running properly, and all Service Technicians, equipment and materials are being utilized to maximum productivity. As Shop Foreman, our customers, and your team, will look to you for guidance, leadership, and practical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of Service Technicians 
• Train and supervise mechanical personnel when necessary 
• Responsible for the safe maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure work is performed efficiently 
• Diagnose and supervise the repair RV units to ensure work is performed efficiently 
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work orders is done promptly and in complete order
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills on multiple platforms 
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communications skills 
• Plan and prioritize units to be serviced in the shop with the lot attendants 
• Quality check all work during repairs and final check before the units leaves the shop

Education and Certificates 

• Five years RV Technician/ or automotive knowledge and experience 
• Gas Certificate and Forklift Ticket is an asset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
